From Our Family to Yours
In 1984, Bob and Alyce Parsons founded our company with a simple goal: to improve the lives of seniors. Motivated by a desire to create a better alternative to traditional nursing facilities, they focused on consumer-centered personal care, warm residential environments, and strong social programming.
What started with that simple idea has blossomed into four unique communities across Texas. Today, the family legacy continues with the next generation of the Parsons family involved, ensuring our founding principles of service and unconditional love guide every decision we make.
Whether it’s lending a hand to a team member, offering a comforting word to a resident, or simply being present, I find so much fulfillment in making a difference. It’s in those small, everyday moments that I see the true heart of Parsons House—a place where residents feel cared for, families feel welcomed, and staff feel supported.
